Annual Softball Tournament!

Today the 7th and 8th graders started the annual Softball Tournamnet! All of the teams picked their names and strarted their first games. Good Luck to Everyone!

Softball and Hockey!

The 7th/8th graders have started their Softball and Hockey games this week! There have already been some awesome plays and the students have shown good teamwork and sportsmanship! Next week we start the annual Softball Tournament!

Shuttle Run Champs!

Congratulations to Chad K. and John B. as they had the quickest times in our agility test. They both scored and amazing 8.6 seconds in the 30 foot shuttle run!!

GIRLS SOCCER TEAM!!

Congratulations to Joyce Wilson and the 2008 Girls Soccer Team on their perfect season and Coference Championship!!

SIT-UP CHAMP!

Congratulations to Keaton F. as he did 78 sit-ups in just one minute!

PULL-UP CHAMP!

Congratulations to Steven B. as he set the record for pull-ups with an amazing 19! He spent more time doing the pull-ups than he does doing RUBICS CUBE!!

Best Mile Times!

Congratulations to 6th grader Scott H. for his 6:12 mile time. Congratulations to 7th grader Andrew J. on his 6:49 mile time. 8th grader Andy K. Had the best time in the entire school with an incredible 5:57! Nice Job Boys!

PRESIDENTIAL PHYSICAL FITNESS TESTING!

The students have begun their spring fitness testing this week. They are (hopefully) improving on their fall scores in the mile run, sit and reach, pull-ups, shuttle run and sit-ups.

Each student will be bringing home a scoresheet that shows the national averages for their age group. Parents will sign the sheet and the students will bring it back to their teachers for an easy 10 points! Good luck to everyone!
