Candy Sale Kickoff!

The Annual Athletic Fundraiser will start on February 1st. We encourage all students and especially athletes to sell at least one box of candy to help support our Athletic and PE Deparment at LAkeview. All of the information will be given out to the students on Monday February 1st. There will again be prizes given for high sellers and a "Fun Day" awarded to the highest selling class. Thanks in advance to everyone who supports our programs!!

Bench Press Competitions are starting!

The annual Bench press competitions will be going on during PE classes. The 6th graders will be benching 40 pounds as many times as they can. The 7th graders will bench 60 pounds as many times as they can and the 8th graders will bench 80 pounds as many times as they can.

The competioin is optional and should only have participants who can bench the given weight at least 10 times! Good Luck!

Weightlifting/Basketball

The 7th and 8th graders have started their Weightlifting/Basketball Unit.

The 6th graders will be doing a 3 way rotation with weithlifting/Basketball/Floor Hockey.

Boys Basketball Intramurals...

Will start on Tuesday January 12th. we will play games and work on basketball skills each session. The schedule will be handed out on the first day. Plan on going from 3:00- 4:30 EACH SESSION. This is open to all the boys at Lakeview.

Morning Intramurals....

Starts Tuesday January 12th @ 7:00 a.m. and will go to 7:45a.m.. We will play Basketball/Hockey Games every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday until Spring Break. We have nearly 40 people signed up already!!!
